Terms of Use for Reword Me

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reword Me iMessage extension and the rewordme.ai website (together, the "Service"), operated by NJLIGames LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Reword Me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Reword Me Does

Reword Me rewrites text you type into the extension using third-party AI language models. The rewritten text is a suggestion. You decide whether to send it, edit it, or discard it, and you are solely responsible for any message you send.

2. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• The free tier includes a limited number of rewords per day (currently 3). Limits reset daily and may change.
• An optional auto-renewing subscription raises the daily limit (currently 100 rewords per day).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or send content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend access for abuse.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated rewrites may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or phrased in a way you did not intend. Always review a rewrite before sending it. We make no guarantee that any rewrite is accurate, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by NJLIGames LLC. You keep all rights to the text you type and to the rewrites you choose to use.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what limited, anonymous data we collect and how we use it. We do not collect your message history or personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJLIGames LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
