I installed it but there is no icon on my home screen

Expected. Reword Me is a Messages only app and does not create a home screen icon. Here is where it actually lives.

I see an alert titled "Text Processor"

That is Reword Me. "Text Processor" is an old internal name that is still showing on error alerts in the current version, and we are replacing it. If you see it, read the message underneath, which is the part that matters. Common causes are no internet connection, or a draft that is too long.

My draft is too long

There is a length cap on a single rewrite. Split a long message into two shorter ones and rewrite each.

The rewrite changed my meaning

It happens. The rewrite is a suggestion and you can edit it before sending, or discard it and send your own words. If it changed something important, please send us the before and after so we can look at it.

Reword Me is not in the Messages app list

Tap the plus button, then More, then Edit, and switch Reword Me on. Full steps are in I installed it but cannot find it.

I paid but I am still on the free limit

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not work, email us with the Apple ID email you paid with and we will sort it out.

It is not working at all and I want to talk to someone

That is a completely reasonable request. Email james@njligames.com and say you would like a call. Tell us what phone you have and what you tried.
